A Decade
Poem by Amy Lowell

When you came, you were like red wine and honey,
And the taste of you burnt my mouth with its sweetness.
Now you are like morning bread,
Smooth and pleasant.
I hardly taste you at all for I know your savour,
But I am completely nourished.

From Pictures of the Floating World (1919)

About the blog

This blog is really just for me. It is intended to keep a record of what I cook because I really hate it when I cook something that's killer and then a few months later I can't remember what I did.
